Hello y'all! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and Happy New Year. I have lots of cool pics to post from Christmas here at our house and of the blizzard we got here in NJ. We got about 18-20" of snow with some snow drifts that measured 36" or more! It was crazy. The amount of snow fall, no, but wind was awful! Thankfully we didn't loose power and everyone is safe. I will be posting later tonight. It's good to be joining blog hops again. Click on the buttons above and follow the directions to link up.
"And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger." Luke 2:1-16
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6
I hope everyone is not too stressed out right now. I hope everyone takes time and remembers why we celebrate Christmas. It is NOT Santa or presents BUT Jesus! This is the time of year we have set aside to celebrate His birth. Ask my 3 year old what Christmas is all about and she will tell you :)
Things have been nutso for us lately BUT I have all of my Christmas shopping done and my meal for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day planned. Now if my 23 month old will hurry and cut the last 3 molars we will be good to go! It is like someone came in the middle of the night and replaced my sweet baby with someone else.
I do have a very special prayer request for everyone. My sister, Jenny, is 20 weeks pregnant and Sunday had a very scary experience. Without getting into too much detail, she became fully dilated without her knowledge. They ended up having to do a Cervical Cerclage on her and it took 2 hours to complete and for a while thought they were not going to be able to do it and prepared the family for the worst. There was trouble getting the bag of water back where it needed to be. Thank God He is still on the throne and for all of the prayers that went up for her and baby girl because her and baby are doing well. She is on 5 different antibiotics to prevent infection and will be at Fort Sanders in Knoxville until at least after Christmas. She is not out of the woods yet. PLEASE keep her and her unborn baby girl in your prayers. GOD IS ALWAYS IN CONTROL. It is so scary when something like this happens and it makes you appreciate what God has given us that much more. He can take it away at any moment. I look at my precious girls and thank God He has allowed me to raise HIS precious creations. And no matter how batty they drive me, I LOVE THEM and thank God everyday for them. They are happy, healthy little girls. Thank you Lord!
On a different note, I came across a website that I found quite interesting. You wanna say "Thank You" to our troops then this is the way to do it. It is very cool. Click here and follow the directions. You can send a card to a troop here. It is so easy. Pick out a card, fill in with a message they have typed up or type one of your own. They will mail it to a soldier that needs it. SO EASY! I used the website and sent one from my girls.
I will be posting more regularly after Christmas. I hope everyone has a great Christmas and Happy New Year!!
Things have been a little nuts lately and don't look they will be slowing down till after Christmas. I am sorry for the lack of posting and will resume normal posting after the holidays. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and remember why we celebrate this holiday.

"I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep." John 10:14-15
Hello everyone! Sorry I have been absent lately. Things are just crazy with Thanksgiving just passing and Christmas on the way. I still haven't gotten my Christmas tree or decorations up! We have just been so busy. Tomorrow night do or die I will get it up. My 3 year old has been asking for a Chrim Chrim tree since July!! On a good note, I have almost got my Christmas shopping done for my girls anyway. Isabella needs a couple of more things and we are good to go. Emma is getting a Leap Frog Tag with a carrying case and a series of books as her big gift and Bella is getting a Dora Chair as her big gift. They of course get several smaller things. We don't do Santa in the house so everything comes from Mommy and Daddy. See, my kids get a very good Christmas! Whoever says I am stealing their childhood by not telling them a fat man in a suit delivers their presents doesn't know too much, but enough about that. That was another post. Now Christmas presents to the grandparents is easy this year. We are doing photo gifts for them, I have just got to figure out what exactly. Now DH is a different story! I have no clue what to get him. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Today is a lazy day for us but Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are kinda busy with play dates and appointments. It is a good busy though. Emma has been having a lot of potty accidents lately. I am pretty sure she is doing it because her sissy is still wearing diapers. She asked me yesterday for a diaper because sissy was wearing one. I am just going to have to stay on top of it I guess. On top of Emma's accidents, Bella is cutting her 2 year molars and is being fussy at night. Waking up a lot and what not. Good thing about my Bella is, she will put herself back to sleep. I just wish they would come in already.
I am done rambling for today. I hope everyone has a blessed day and remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me."
I have the amazing opportunity to do a review for a Tu-Tu Cutie! They have a website currently under construction so all of the orders are going through their Facebook page you can find here. I am going to admit. I got the box just today and when I seen who it was from I was like a kid at Christmas. I couldn't wait to see what was inside the box. I have seen their work online and all I can say is amazing. I opened the box and oh my, how gorgeous. She sent me a size 4-5 to review for my 3 year who just happened to be in the room when I opened it. She had to put it on immediately. She sent the TuTu, matching headband and even sent her a wand.
This is some amazing work and detail. I have seen a whole lot of tutus but this is the first one I have LOVED! It is sturdy for lack of a better word and will hold up to my 3 year old's roughness. Right now they are offering any of my readers a free hair accessory with any tutu purchase. All you have to do is tell them I sent you. I LOVE THIS! Thank you Tu-Tu Cutie.
I will also be ordering one for my 22 month old and I am thinking this one.
This picture is the property of Tu-Tu Cutie
I want it to be similar to her sister's but not the same. Head on over to Tu-Tu Cutie now to check out some of their other Tutus! They are amazing and I promise you will not be disappointed.
I was not compensated for this review. I was simply given a product to review and give my honest opinion and that is what I have done. This is 100% my true and honest opinion.
Question of the Week: Are you done with Christmas Shopping?
Answer: ALMOST!! I have a couple of more things to buy for my 22 month old and then there is my husband and the grandparents. Their presents are going to be easy this year though. I am getting them a photo gift with the girls' pictures on it :) Sure hope they don't read this LOL!
Verses of the Day:
"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." John 1:12-13
