$9 Off a Honey Baked Ham 8 lbs or Larger

I LOVE ham. We do the traditional turkey for Thanksgiving, but growing up with a big family my mom would always cook a turkey and a ham for both Christmas and Thanksgiving. Right now you can go here and get $9 off an 8 lb or larger ham from Honey Baked Ham! These hams are awesome!

Thanks Christian Clippers!!

Monday's Musings

Verse of the Day:
"Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights." Psalm 119:143

Hello y'all! So sorry I haven't done a real post. Things have been crazy with DH getting home and then me and the girls getting sick. Things are slowly starting to get back to normal, if there is a normal.

The only thing me and the girls have planned today would be cleaning!!! This house is a big ole mess! I hate it when I get sick. It is just simply amazing that the house can get to this state being sick for a couple of days. What would it look like if I left DH home with the girls for a week?!? I don't even want to imagine.

We are getting ready for Thanksgiving so I will start posting some of my favorite recipes over the next couple of weeks. It will just be our little family of 4 celebrating this year. It is a welcome change for us. And of course I will be doing Black Friday this year. It will be my first as a shopper. I know shocker right? I am going with 2 good friends and then the Sunday after Thanksgiving we are going to see Harry Potter!!!! I can hardly wait!!

Well, I am off of here for now. I just have too much to do. I hope everyone has a blessed day and remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me."

Question of the Week: Where will you be celebrating Thanksgiving? Will you have lots of guests?

Answer:  We are celebrating here at home this year and for the first time since 2007 it is just going to be our little family of 4 :) I am so excited and looking forward to a nice quiet Thanksgiving and then a very hectic Black Friday with some great friends and then of course the Sunday after Thanksgiving we will be going to see Harry Potter!!!
