POWERFUL VIDEO...BUT Read what I have written before viewing

This is a very graphic and very powerful video. I personally think everyone over the age of 12 needs to watch it, but before you let your minors watch it, watch it yourself first.

Thank God He sent His Son Jesus to take care of these sins past, present, and future! Salvation is so easy yet people try to make it so hard. It saddens me!

One thing I disagree with in this video is people thinking they have to do something to have their sins forgiven. Our sins were forgiven on Calvary.  "Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high: Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they." Hebrews 1:3-4 "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood he entered into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." Hebrews 9:12 "And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission." Hebrews 9:22 "So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation." Hebrews 9:28 "In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace" Ephesians 1:7 "And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."   ‎1 John 2:2   "By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.Hebrews 10:10

That being said, in order to have His righteousness imputed to us we simply have to believe that God sent His Son to take care of our sin debt past, present, and future at Calvary. Our salvation was completed at Calvary according the verses I quoted above. We have to know who He is and what the gift is. (John 4:10) In order to have what He has already done for you applied to you, you have to know Him. "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also that after ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy spirit of promise." Ephesians 1:13

If you think you have to do ANYTHING to earn salvation then you don't have it. Why would God have had to send His Son if we can do anything to get to heaven? I am even talking about the good ole Baptist way of saying a prayer and asking God to do something He has already done. I am talking about good works ANYTHING you think you have to do to "earn" salvation. One of my very good friends said something like that sounds too easy, its not that easy. Its so very sad that many people have to make something God made so easy out to be so hard.
