Thanksgiving Recipes.....Chocolate Mousse Torte

I wish I could take credit for this recipe or even say I give it my own spin, but I can't! I got this recipe off of the Nilla Wafer box. I did not do anything to change this but substitute the raspberries for strawberries oh and I used chocolate fudge pudding instead of regular chocolate for that extra chocolate flavor. I DO NOT like raspberries! This is amazing!! SO GOOD!!!!! I wish I could have taken my own pictures BUT my camera batteries were drained yesterday at the Trans Siberian Orchestra Concert. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

37NILLA Wafers, divided
4squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
2pkg. (3.9 oz. each)  Chocolate Instant Pudding
2cups plus 2 Tbsp. cold milk, divided
1tub (8 oz.) Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/4cup sugar
3/4cup fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, blueberries, or even bananas!

Stand 16 wafers around inside edge of 9-inch round pan lined with plastic wrap. Melt 3 chocolate squares as directed on package.
Beat pudding mixes and 2 cups milk with whisk 2 min. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; pour into prepared pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk with mixer until well blended.
Stir in 1 cup of the remaining COOL WHIP; spread over pudding. Top with remaining wafers. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Meanwhile, shave remaining chocolate square into curls. Invert torte onto plate. Remove pan and plastic wrap. Top torte with remaining COOL WHIP, berries or bananas and chocolate curls.

Trans Siberian Orchestra Concert in Philadelphia

This song is my favorite that they do! It is also my ringtone LOL!
This song gave me chills!!! LOVED IT!

This is another favorite of mine they do

Last night DH and I went to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra and OH MY! WOW! I was blown away. I have seen them in videos and LOVE their albums, but to go hear and see them live is another level!!! I love these guys! They were simply amazing. Above is three videos I shot while I was there. They are pretty good quality for a digital camera that takes pics. I also took some pictures I will post sometime this week. We had amazing seats! Floor, center section, 4th row back!!!!! I will resume normal posting tomorrow and will be posing another thanksgiving recipe tonight and of course every day till thanksgiving. Have a blessed day everyone.
