Well, today is the day I start my HCG diet! I am so excited. I took my drops this morning. 22 under the tongue and held them for 5 minutes then swallowed. Today, Saturday, and Sunday are my load days so bring on all the good stuff I normally do not eat anyway. HAHAHA! Tomorrow I have a Dove Chocolate Party, oh my and Sunday is a Tastefully Simple Party! What a better way to end the 3 load days right? Monday is serious though. I start the 500 cal portion of the diet. Check out my Helpful Links tab for more info on the diet. I still have yet to get a food scale and weight scale. I am getting the weight scale from a friend and going this week end to get my food scale. Since I do not have a weight scale I was unable to weigh this morning. I will have one by tomorrow morning though so I am waiting to take my measurements and weigh then. I will keep everyone posted on my progress and will be taking pictures so you can see it for yourself.
Enough about dieting. Nothing much planned this morning. We are headed over this evening to help my bestie load her moving truck. I hate the military sometimes and how they make you say goodbye to people you love and care about. One of the downsides to being a military wife.
