Almost Silent Sunday

Verse of the Day:
"The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my Strength; in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower." Psalm 18:2

Today is the first day of potty training boot camp with Emily. Please, lots of prayers for my 3 1/2 year old to start potty training. She has not peed or pooped on the potty at all and this is the last resort! We have tried everything we know to try. Praying today is the first day she uses the potty like a big girl. She is not wearing diapers or pull ups (aka diapers that pull down). Pray that I will have the patience and she will learn how to potty.
Reading "Horton Hears a Who"

As far as my diet goes I am stalled for now. No gain or loss. I am very frustrated. Hoping tomorrow morning shows a big loss. I have an HCG dinner planned with My Journey From Flab to Fab tonight at 5:30. I am looking forward to that.

As always, everyone have a blessed day and remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me."

Good luck! We went cold turkey with my daughter and after 1 day she was trained. She still wears diapers at night (she'll be 3 next week) but otherwise she's good. We figured out she is ultra-competitive so I said "I bet I can keep my underwear dry longer than you" and that child never had an accident since then! I'll be thinking of you all!
