"Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord." Proverbs 27:14
Hey y'all! Sorry for the lack of posts the last couple of days. Things have been crazy. Hubby left today on a TDY to Orlando so we have been busy getting daddy packed. The girls are in the bathtub so I have a few minutes :) Things are going pretty good. Tonight is the first night Emily will not get a warm cup of milk when she goes to bed. She will be given one before hand and that is it. I have made the mistake of doing this since she was 8 months old and now it is biting me in the behind. We literally fought her for 2.5 hours last night when she wanted a refill which I usually give her. She usually doesn't drink it and I think is using it as an excuse to get up and of course mommy jumps!! Well no more! She also does this in the middle of the night and again, NO MORE! The girls share a room until we can get the back half of the garage closed in for an office. Since Daddy is gone I am putting Bella in the Computer room in her pack and play to sleep tonight so Emily doesn't wake her up. It is going to be a long night!!!!! I will let you all know how it goes tomorrow.
We have a busy week end ahead of us. Tomorrow is free scary make a face pancakes at IHOP so me and a few friends are taking the kids at 11:30 and then afterwards the girls have pictures at 3! Now Saturday is going to be a super fun day for them. Thanks to Here's to the Heroes me and Luxury Living Frugal Style are taking our munchkins to Sesame Place! I do not participate in Halloween festivities so we try and substitute something fun for the girls to enjoy. Now Sunday (which is Halloween of course) Ted will be coming home and we are taking the girls to Chili's for dinner and then over to Friendly's for ice cream!! Check out my post about kids eating free at Chili's on Sunday! Now Monday, Ted is gone again until the 11th. He is going to a wedding in TN that he is in. For personal reasons me and the girls will not be going.
Now since this is Thankful Thursday (everyday should be a day of thanksgiving) I of course want to thank my Heavenly Father for all He has done for me and my family. The good and the bad! It is the trials that molds us! Thank you Lord!! And of course I am thankful for these precious blessings :)
As always, I hope everyone has a blessed day. I will TRY and post this week end, but can't promise anything since we are going to be super busy! Have a safe and happy week end everyone and remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me."

Kim,
Thank you for your verse today. I have not been feeling well so it was just what I needed to hear.
God Bless You.
Miz Helen
You are most welcome. I was reading my Bible last night and came across it. It spoke to my heart as well :) God Bless!
The kids are so to be thankful for!! Keep teaching them right!
